At AERIA Prestige, every product is inspected and curated to meet the highest standard of craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we make the return process clear, structured, and effortless.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all original accessories and documentation.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted at our fulfillment center.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
- Contact our support team at info@aeriaprestige.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once authorized, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is fully covered by AERIA Prestige.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.
3. INSPECTION & RESOLUTION
- Upon receipt, our specialists conduct a physical inspection to confirm the item is unused and complete.
- Approved returns are resolved via digital store credit, issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- To keep our service fast and reliable, AERIA Prestige does not offer direct exchanges or replacements.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Inspect your order upon arrival and report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos or videos to info@aeriaprestige.com to open a formal inquiry.
- Once approved, we'll send a prepaid label so our team can inspect the item and process your store credit.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Returns initiated after the eligibility window has closed
