Return Shipping Costs: For all authorized returns (requested within our 15 to 30-day window depending on the product category), AERIA Prestige fully covers the return shipping costs by providing a prepaid label.

Prior Authorization Requirement: Please note that items sent back without our prior authorization or without using our provided prepaid label will not be accepted or processed at our fulfillment center.

Physical Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned items undergo a thorough physical inspection by specialists to verify they are unused, in original packaging, and complete with all accessories.

No Direct Replacements: To ensure the fastest service and maintain optimized operations, AERIA Prestige does not offer direct product replacements or exchanges.
All approved returns are resolved exclusively via digital store credit issued within 5β10 business days after inspection.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE DELIVERIES
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we are fully committed to resolving the issue swiftly:
- You must inspect your shipment and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue to customer@aeriaprestige.com to initiate a formal inquiry.
- Once pre-approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label so our fulfillment center specialists can inspect the item and finalize your store credit.
